Radisson Blu Royal Garden Hotel Trondheim 

is the official hotel and venue for the NSDS Annual Meeting 2026.

The hotel is located in the heart of Trondheim, next to the river.

A limited number of rooms have been reserved for conference participants at the hotel.

To secure one of these rooms, reservations must be made by [date to be confirmed].

 

Please note that rooms are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Getting to the Conference Venue​

 Airport Transfer:

• Airport shuttle available. The “Værnesekspressen” bus stops near the hotel.

• Take the "Flybussen" from the airport. Get off at Dronningens gate — 5-minute walk to the hotel.

By Taxi:

• Approx. 30 minutes from the airport.

By Car:

• Fastest route via E6. Travel time -approx. 30 minutes. Parking available (paid).

By Train:

• Train from Trondheim Airport to Trondheim Central Station (Trondheim S) takes 40 minutes.

• 10-minute walk along the river to the hotel.
