Radisson Blu Royal Garden Hotel Trondheim 

is the official hotel and venue for the NSDS Annual Meeting 2026.

The hotel is located in the heart of Trondheim, next to the river.

A limited number of rooms have been reserved for conference participants at the hotel

at a negotiated rate of NOK 2250 per night.
 

The supplement for a double room is NOK 200 per night.

An upgrade to the next room category is available upon request for an additional NOK 200 per room per night.

Please note that rooms are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and must be booked by 25 June 2026 in order to receive the negotiated conference rate.

Early booking is strongly recommended to guarantee your accommodation.

Booking Terms and Conditions

• Reservations can only be made through the booking link provided on this website.

• All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking.

• Any changes to the reservation must be made directly by the guest via the booking website.

• The cancellation deadline is 7 days prior to arrival. After this deadline, the full stay will be charged.

• It is not possible to arrange invoicing for these reservations.

• Rooms not reserved by 25 June 2026 will be released for general sale.

Getting to the Conference Venue​

 Airport Transfer:

• Airport shuttle available. The “Værnesekspressen” bus stops near the hotel.

• Take the "Flybussen" from the airport. Get off at Dronningens gate — 5-minute walk to the hotel.

By Taxi:

• Approx. 30 minutes from the airport.

By Car:

• Fastest route via E6. Travel time -approx. 30 minutes. Parking available (paid).

By Train:

• Train from Trondheim Airport to Trondheim Central Station (Trondheim S) takes 40 minutes.

• 10-minute walk along the river to the hotel.
