Radisson Blu Royal Garden Hotel Trondheim 

is the official hotel and venue for the NSDS Annual Meeting 2026.

The hotel is located in the heart of Trondheim, next to the Nidelva river.​

​We would like to encourage everyone attending (or planning to attend) NSDS 2026 to book your hotel accommodation as soon as possible. 

Trondheim is already experiencing high demand that weekend due to other events in the city, and hotel availability is becoming very limited.

Please note that the negotiated conference rate is no longer available. Reservations can still be made directly through the hotel, subject to availability and the hotel's current rates.​

Getting to the Conference Venue​

 Airport Transfer:

• Airport shuttle available. The “Værnesekspressen” bus stops near the hotel.

• Take the "Flybussen" from the airport. Get off at Dronningens gate — 5-minute walk to the hotel.

By Taxi:

• Approx. 30 minutes from the airport.

By Car:

• Fastest route via E6. Travel time -approx. 30 minutes. Parking available (paid).

By Train:

• Train from Trondheim Airport to Trondheim Central Station (Trondheim S) takes 40 minutes.

• 10-minute walk along the river to the hotel.
